These Terms govern your use of the website at tryitnow.llc (the "Site") and our mobile applications (the "Apps"). By accessing or using the Site or Apps, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

License to Use the Apps

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Trials

In App purchases and subscriptions made through Apple’s App Store are billed by Apple. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple according to its policies. We do not collect or store your full payment information. Manage subscriptions from your Apple ID account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Apps, interfere with their normal operation, reverse engineer, or use them for unlawful purposes.

Third Party Services

The Apps may integrate third party services (e.g., analytics, cloud providers). Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

The Site, Apps, and all related content are owned by Try It Now LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Site and Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Try It Now LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you via the Site, the Apps, or other appropriate means. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
